Hi! I'm Spain, My Dad and I always talked about owning hunting land together. Unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to do so. But I went on to buy some land with my son, and I always think of my Dad especially when I got my first buck on the property.
I started this business because I wanted to offer affordable land to people who also had a dream of owning their own land. I also wanted to help land owners who no longer use their land with a quick and easy solution.
My wife Christine works with me in our land business. I think we make a great team!
And this is our Chocolate Lab "Louie". He enjoys roaming around the land that we purchase and lets us know that it's a good place to play on!
